As with most Rapport posts, much is left to speculation; however, if one factors in purported dilution resulting from the exercise of warrants in an environment in which Ancor's stock price has appreciated both because of SUN and other OEMs, the final cost to Sun of this deal may allow Rapport to say what he did. On the other hand, if it works that way, the particular drop to the Ancor bottom line from this particular deal with Sun will not matter, will it?

The exchange between rapport and Asic is interesting, both because Asic did not respond directly to the "undervelopment" comment (which may be meaningless), but did imply that something "else" purportedly is going on between Sun and Ancor. Stay tuned for Rapport's response . . .
