I wonder how your speakers stack up to the Bose "Lifestyle-12" surround system that I own. I've heard of Cambridge Sound. How do they stack up? I own "Aliens" on laser disk too & it IS NOT digitally mastered on THX, like the DVD version. Like I said, if you do own a DVD player, it is worth it! You are right!....IT IS.........better than the movie theater. So far, I can attest to that based on the following movies that I've noticed the difference..........."Aliens" (Box-set), "The Hunt for Red October", "Clear and Present Danger", "Terminator II" (of course), "True Lies", "The Crow", "Austin Powers", etc., etc........................Well, I guess I can go on and on, but I'm sure you get the picture...................:)
