They have only 2.1 million shares out FD and own 100% of the property. There most recent results indicate not only that the Peters immediate area has a signifcant underground orebody but they seem to have located the surface extension with their recent drilling. In addition, they have had significant results reported at Herold's hill which is about 1/2 mile away. Mr. Sheridan who is the head of operations is a graduate of the London School of Economics.
