This stock was previously known as (POLU), Polution Controls. The stock made a 105 to 1 reverse split when the name and symbol was changed. POLU was selling then for about .05 to .06. The company is in Cigars (not sure how), owns a patent on a polution filter for gasoline engines, and I believe is also in some type of retail.
