On this thread, I would like to discuss very low priced stocks. By definition I would limit the discussion to stocks $2 and under that show strong potential for upward movement. They should be traded on any market, but we are particularly interested in BB, Nasdaq and Nasdaq Small Cap stocks. Before trading on any of the stocks discussed in this thread, please keep in mind the following: 1. Very low priced stocks can be VERY risky! Although there is a high potential for big gains, there is an equally high potential for huge losses. These stocks can swing wildly in any direction in a very short amount of time. 2. Research material on these stocks can be very limited if not non- existant. There may not be much concrete knowledge or basis behind discussions on these stocks. 3. TA and FA can be very unreliable due to the trading nature of these issues. Any TA should be taken as an estimate only and real-life could be very different! 4. Nasdaq listed stocks in this range have a way of being delisted at a moment's notice. Be sure you are able to trade BB stocks in case one of your Nasdaq issues is delisted. Often times, there will be no warning that this will happen. Thus, with these points in mind, let the discussions begin and Good Luck!
