(the "Company") wishes to announce that it has signed an agreement to acquire 27 unpatented mining claims in Munro Township (the "MUNRO 27 Claims Group") in consideration for the payment of $25,000 on or before March 17, 1998, a further $25,000 in one (1) year and the issuance of 100,000 common shares of the Company pursuant to Ontario Securities Commission Policy 5.2. One of the vendors retains a 3 percent gross products return royalty. The Company can acquire a 1 percent gross products return royalty in consideration for the payment of $500,000. The MUNRO 27 Claims Group is west of and contiguous to the western boundary of Millstream Mines Ltd.'s property in Munro Township. There are five (5) untested airborne EM anomalies and seven (7) untested IP anomalies on the property. The Company intends to review the data relating to the MUNRO 27 Claims Group to determine a suitable exploration program for the MUNRO 27 Claims Group. The current issued and outstanding capital of the Company is 3,819,548 common shares.
