Semiconductor equipment manufacturer. Last 4 quarter sales: $16.1M, $19.3M, $27.9M, $34.1M. 5.3M shares outstanding. $20M cash ($3.78/ share), $66M stockholders equity ($12.40/share). Infrastructure (www.infras.com) liked them in their November, 1995 letter, but thought ~$40/share was a bit steep! Currently, at ~$21/share. Chart pattern down (as are almost all semi equipment companies). Any fundamental comments? Any technicians care to pick a bottom?

SI - Asyst Technologies (ASYT) Good Value/Where is the Bottom?
