Big news is the the TSA order is shipping and it should be all shipped by the end of the fiscal year which is by June '16.

Now we need to know how they will restructure or be bought out. Management has made statements about not wanting a buyout at this point but things can change when the chips get put on the table.

Finished accumulating the position I wanted in IMSC over the past week. Now I will wait and see what the next couple of quarters look like as well as what kind of solution to their debt problem that comes out. I think the two things will go hand in hand. Improving their bottom line and refinancing their debt.

I think this stock could take off if and when they get their debt situation clarified. But with all the sales announcements that they have had recently, they should be in a stronger position to refinance their debt and make the turn towards profitability.
