I was inspired to start this subject after my experience with NWLL. I bought the stock towards the end of they day yesterday hoping for an end of day run or a gap up in the morning. The end of day run didn't happen so I held overnight. Trading was halted due to a regulatory violation today before the open. Now I'm sitting on stock that I can't sell. Hopefully that will change, but at this point I don't know how the situation will turn out. Anyway, you know what they say............misery loves company. The purpose of this thread is to share your unlucky, unfortunate, stupid, etc...stock market experiences. I don't want any stories about how much money you made on a particular trade or how smart you were to sell a stock before the bottom fell out. There's plenty of that already elsewhere. The rules are simple. If the you post a tale, it better be one that involves loss of money in the stock market. I don't want to read that your car needs a new transmission or how your wife left you (unless she took all those microsoft certificates that you had in the safe).

SI - Tales of Woe
