Fusion - I have followed fusion for about 45 years. At one point science figured it would take about a 110 to 120 years to get a successful test plant to work. This was based on the fact that each year or decade the temps that could be sustained would increase by a factor - call it 100 degrees per year. But what happened was there were increases of 1000 degrees every 5 -7 years or so.
Are we there yet? No.
But considering the advances that have been made I am betting that they will get there at some point sooner than later - Fusion is not a myth.

The idea that radioactive waste can be safely stored is a myth. In fact what has been done with radioactive waste up to this date is pretty much a crime. Adding to it strikes me as a bad bet.

Human record keeping is flawed - the US has lost track of many disposal sites or they farm disposal out to the lowest bidder. Not unusual for a company to spread toxic waste on a road or down a sewer. radio active waste gets "lost" too.

I've been accumulating C.M Myriad, a junior Uranium play in Wyoming with a history that included plans to develop a uranium mine that were stymied by the 3 Mile Island incident in the 1970s.

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - April 14, 2026) - Orestone Mining Corp. (TSXV: ORS) (OTC Pink: ORESF) (FSE: O2R2) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Phase I exploration program has been completed on the Francisca Gold Project in Salta Province, Argentina. Mapping and sampling at Francisca has outlined a strongly sericite clay altered gold stockwork system in highly limonitic sericite - clay altered feldspar porphyry and hornfels hosted gold stockwork system.

At the South Gold zone, mapping indicates a stockwork width from 40-70 metres averaging 50 metres along a 400-500 metre strike length. The zone consists of highly sericite clay altered porphyry and hornfels host rockscut by a dense stockwork of thin light brown limonite veinlets with thin dark quartz vein centres and thicker dark limonite quartz veins that are both vertical and shallow dipping.

At the North Gold zone three, sub parallel en-echelon, highly altered and mineralized zones are present averaging 40-50 metres in width and with individual strike lengths of 100-150 metres. The southwestern zone consists of highly altered porphyry and hornfels similar to the South Gold zone, while the two northern zones consist of sericite altered quartz manganese stockworks.

Additional prospecting was carried out along strike to the north and south of the known gold mineralized stockwork, altered porphyry and hornfels zones. More information will be released in the near future.

A total of 675 rock chip samples were taken from the mineralized zones. Chip samples varying from 1 to 3 metres in length were taken by a crew of 4 samplers and a supervisor under the direction of senior geologist Ruben Davacino. The samples consisted of individual to contiguous rock chip and chip channel samples depending on the exposure. Standards, duplicates and blank samples were then inserted averaging 14% of the total samples taken. The samples were then transported under chain of custody to the Alex Stewart International Argentina S.A., an internationally recognized analytical facility located in Palpala, Jujuy Province, Argentina. Samples varied in weight from 1.77 to 3.38 kilograms, and will be analyzed by fire assay for gold and ICP for 39 multi-element analysis including silver. Duplicate, blank and standard samples will be analyzed for quality control, as well as the standard QA/QC internal controls used by Alex Stewart International Argentina S.A.

Additional prospecting was carried out to the north and south of the known gold mineralized stockwork, altered porphyry and hornfels zones. More information will be released in the near future.

I've taken a good sized position in CDR Condor Energy. There is a lot more to this co. than these wells, described in the NR. Malcolm Shaw's new favourite play thing.

First MS brought us VLE, then TNZ ($67 - lol), LCX and now CDR. I'm sure he had others, these are just the ones I owned. I still own VLE in a large way and I haven't sold any LCX Lycos. I'm thinking I had 50k cheap VLE and 40k or 50k cheap TNZ at one time. Who said all the easy money was made with those two in the low single digits? So maybe I'll try a different approach w/ CDR? We'll see - Uzbekistan.

CALGARY, Alberta, April 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Condor Energies Inc. (“Condor” or the “Company”) (TSX: CDR), a Canadian based, internationally focused energy transition company with active Central Asian operations is pleased to provide an operational update on its Uzbekistan project.

Condor has reached a corporate milestone by exceeding 14,000 boe/d of daily production following the commencement of production from the recently drilled Kumli-46 horizontal well (“K-46”) including total average daily production of 13,938 boe/d for the past seventy-two hours and 14,013 boe/d for the past 24 hours. The well initially flowed at a peak rate of 18.3 MMscf/d (or 3,050 boe/d) but has been restricted to manage the high gas stream velocities. No production decline has been observed in K-45 or K-46 to date, nor is any expected in the near term given the high flowing tubing pressure of over 1,400 psi recorded in K-46 over the past seventy-two hours.

The follow-up Kumli-47 horizontal well (“K-47”) has already drilled to its surface casing point at 509 meters and casing is being run and cemented. K-47 targets the same sucrosic dolomite formation drilled in K-46, providing a high porosity reservoir that yields exceptional gas rate deliverability and is scheduled to reach total depth by mid-May 2026. Concurrently, ongoing workover operations continue to mitigate an annual 20% natural reservoir decline rate observed from the legacy wells.

Don Streu, Condor’s President and CEO commented: “With the added success of K-46, average daily production has now increased 32% over the past seventy-two hours compared to the average daily production in the fourth quarter of 2025. K-46 reflects Condor’s repeated ability to implement Western technologies to identify hydrocarbons and convert them to cashflow with discipline and efficiency while maintaining a clear focus on safety and operational excellence. We are thrilled to be monetizing K-46 production so soon after completing the well and anticipate similar flow performance results from K-47. Our near-term horizontal well program has the potential to materially increase our 2026 gas production and reserves volumes, while helping to enhance Uzbekistan’s energy security.”

Rzolv Technologies Inc. has released the results of recent metallurgical testwork in which the company achieved approximately 97.0-per-cent gold recovery on a complex copper-gold ore using the Rzolv formula, without pretreatment.

The tested material graded approximately 9.6 grams per tonne gold and 2.12 per cent copper, and is hosted within an alkaline gold-copper porphyry system. The gold mineralization is interpreted to be low-sulphidation epithermal mineralization.
