Recent developments. CYIO/SEC flap could be settled shortly. 50-50 chance the case is dismissed AND CYIO may get up to $200K in compensation for lost business. Also, there was a possible merger being set up just before the SEC filed charges. Because of these charges CYIO could not complete the merger. I think there is better than a 50-50 shot the merger gets reinstated "IF" we get the case dismissed. All, IMHO. RDK

Speculation only. Just my take from public info available to all. The SEC charges will be settled in a week or two and there will be a "slap" on wrist, maybe a small fine (My words and take). I know Tim feels he will "prevail" in this. Also, if this does work out ok, I think he will be able to concentrate on the company and move it forward. All this is IMHO and speculation. Info on ads for new hires (4) has been posted, with links, on other boards/sites. Also, CACI has received some "multi" million dollar contracts with the government/military. "MAYBE" CYIO gets a piece of this as they have had sub contract work with CACI in the past. Do your own DD. I may be a buyer if there is a further pullback. I already have a lot of shares. RDK.
