There’s still Luddites out there that would tell us that we should be going to the library and searching through the index cards in a file cabinet to find a book on the subject.
CANDU has been a stalwart on this board and it’s been invaluable in finding things that nobody else could. In fact over the last number of years we’ve had to rely on research just like Candu to tell us what the company wasn’t telling us.
I use AI on a daily basis now, but I also take the time to review it and have found obvious errors. Probably mostly due to my own question I put to AI.

When the newspaper used to hit the front stoop years ago I didn't read every single article within. I'd pick and choose what interested me. It's such a simple thing.
Here's some more irony for ya.
The forum is designed to get people engaging in a discussion, and by talking about AI you're fulfilling the very purpose of the board in regards to speculation about a technology that is highly controversial.

OK. What's my point ultimately?
SI isn't in its heyday anymore. Web traffic to these boards is in decline as its user base ages and dies off. To ask say someone like Candu to edit their input to something somebody else would prefer to read will not change his behavior. He will choose to disengage as he has stated. And that removes content. And that makes the algo direct web traffic to Reddit and other relevant stock forums. Not here.
I could go on but I think you get what I'm saying.
We can't have this web service go anemic like Zentek's volume is because of lack of engagement.
Or else we're going to be non compliant as well.

When it comes to AI posts,
- They are often too long winded and unless I’m really keenly interested (which admittedly I often am), I can peruse them or skip over them altogether.
- I sometimes find mistakes in them (but I don’t feel the need to correct). AI is extremely informative but it’s a work in progress. And the errors are innocently derived. When it comes to Zen AI (unlike some posters) doesn’t have an untrustworthy agenda for or against the stock’s future progress.

But in more than 13 years of constantly being engaged with Zen and its related forums I can say with 100% conviction posters like Candu and Graphene Man (and I’m sure there are others who use AI who just escape my memory at the moment) who are among our greatest researchers and are people who are pure to the core: great guys, gentlemen in every way, always adding informative research, and consistently loyal to the company’s cause. I resent their contributions being negatively critiqued. Seriously folks, we’re all in this together - let’s give our heads a shake before we end up driving away some of our most respected contributors.

It appears to me though that peeps are maybe becoming too reliant on AI, asking things that are best done by their own fact finding, and/or searching for answers that cannot accurately be determined... I think maybe this is being done because people are bored and are desperate for some answers/clarity, but for example, the recent AI queries about the PEA and drilling/timing were unnecessary.

Anyone who picks up the phone and speaks with the company, or reads a post by someone who has done this, would know that no additional drilling or funding is needed to complete the new PEA, and that they are expecting to complete it within the coming months - end of story. The queries about what is going on with HC and ZenGUARD I think are also useless I would argue, and we have already seen the analysis from months ago was totally wrong... What is going on beyond the scenes at HC I would argue strongly cannot accurately answered by AI. There are just too many unknown variables.

In my view, AI is useful for analyzing/searching known information (information that already exists on the Internet or in company news releases, but not speculating on what the company, HC, or any other entity might be doing behind the scenes including what operational approaches/requirements might be taken/needed. There are just too many variables, many of which might only be known internally, for AI to have any degree of accuracy in this area.

So perhaps the approach that could be taken before anyone post AI analysis, is to ask themselves is it an analysis of facts/information, or speculation (including of operational matters) based unknown or assumed variables. If it is the latter then it should not be posted... Or something along these lines.

If someone finds a mistake, they can fix it by adding their own findings or link to pages.
It’s what was done before AI.

What we need is government funding for an all season road into the Albany graphite mine. Being in northern Ontario, the soil can be a real problem. The area has a fair amount of muskeg, fairly deep peat moss along with swampy areas. The traditional way to transverse these areas is to lay a membrane over the muskeg or peat moss, place logs on the membrane and build from there. It is still used to this day. Problem is, you are actually moving heavy machinery over a floating bridge which requires constant maintenance. Not good for heavy loads. But the problem is much worse in the "ring of fire" where the government says they are building an all season road extending over 300K. A winter road is not an option. You can only rely on a maximum use of about 11 weeks.

So I asked ChatGPT what would be the best solution to building an all season road into the Albany graphite mine. Their answer is my next post. But remember it is AI, but it is all I got.

Zentek Announces Closing of Non-Brokered Private Placement of Units for Gross Proceeds of $2,479,227

Guelph, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - October 22, 2025) - Zentek Ltd. (NASDAQ: ZTEK) (TSXV: ZEN) ("Zentek" or the "Company"), an intellectual property development and commercialization company, is pleased to announce, further to its press releases dated October 1, 2025 and October 20, 2025, that it has closed its non-brokered private placement of units (the "Units") through the issuance of 2,338,893 Units at a price of $1.06 per Unit (the "Offering") for gross proceeds of $2,479,227.

Each Unit consisted of (i) one common share in the capital of the Company (each, a "Common Share"); (ii) one-half of one Common Share purchase warrant (each, a "Series A Warrant"); and (iii) one-half of one Common Share purchase warrant (each, a "Series B Warrant").

Each whole Series A Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share at a price of $1.50 until October 22, 2027 (the "Series A Expiry Date"). If at any time between the date that is four months and one day from the closing date of the Offering and the Series A Expiry Date, the closing price of the Common Shares on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") is at least $2.00 for a period of 10 consecutive trading days, the Series A Expiry Date can be accelerated to such day that is no less than thirty days from the date notice is given by the Company of such accelerated expiry.

Each whole Series B Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share at a price of $2.00 until October 22, 2028 (the "Series B Expiry Date"). If at any time between the date that is six months from the closing date of the Offering and the Series B Expiry Date, the closing price of the Common Shares on the TSXV is at least $3.00 for a period of 10 consecutive trading days, the Series B Expiry Date can be accelerated to such day that is no less than thirty days from the date notice is given by the Company of such accelerated expiry.

In connection with the closing of the Offering, the Company paid certain eligible persons aggregate cash finder fees of $35,429.33, and issued an aggregate of finder warrants, entitling the holders thereof to purchase an aggregate of 33,424 Units at a price of $1.06 per Unit until October 22, 2027.

All securities issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance and the resale rules of applicable securities legislation.

Proceeds of the Offering will be used for general and administrative corporate purposes.

I have skimmed through all the stuff from AI etc, and glad that the ultimate conclusion seems to be that the new PEA does not need new drilling. I would concur and other posters have confirmed this FACT!
Of course a wingnut on another site twisted my comment that drilling was very difficult at Albany and is seasonal dependent to Albany …so he/she said I suggested they use Helicopters to deliver equipment for more drilling. Just sayin for those not mentally challenged that it is a fact that drilling starting now is very tough at Albany and would require as I implied massive resources but I want to correct my record as I now suggest skyhooks and maybe antigravity devices.
…While on here I will go on record to say no more drilling will be required even for the PFS. And the other wingnut on an alternate SI site is correct that Albany is open at depth, but it is not worthwhile and in fact will not be done as anyone buying Albany can figure this out and not worth the enormous price to do this deep drilling. Let the buyer do this if they want but ridiculous waste of money for Zentek to do this as the resource is already enormous.

My conclusion from all of this is, I do not have the proper background to pick-up on what I'm missing when I converse with AI. I'm pretty good with mechanical inquiries and a whole lot of other things, but when it comes to Zen.. I need to tap out. I can do more harm than good and I never wanted to mislead. But in all fairness, I was mislead too.

Without the user of AI having the proper background, AI can be harmful to everyone around them. That's something I never want to do.

So I will follow the board and patiently wait... and comment only on news releases.

The updated PEA the company describes is an economic update, not a geological one, and everything they list (FBR pathway, 5N purity, market study, specialty-market pricing) can be incorporated without new drilling.

So the early conclusion wasn’t wrong in principle — it was just based on generic mining logic. Once we factored in where AGC truly is in its development cycle, the picture sharpened: drilling is absolutely required for PFS/FS and mine design, but it isn’t required for the 2026 PEA.
