Here one can find a list of upcoming US spin-offs:

Some that I find interesting:
* Honeywell
* Comcast
* Unilever

Some interesting ones in Sweden (all of these will take place in 2026):
* ABB
* Hexagon
* SKF

I love it when already profitable and stable businesses "throw off" a part of themselves. All of the above-mentioned ones are examples of that – and most of the spin-offs that I will bring up on this thread going forward will be such situations.
