PNEC: is ready to explode ,i have been watching this company for quite sometime now and hav watched many positive develoments take place.The company has secured financing to go on an aquisition binge of positive cash flowing companies that complement their exsisting business.They are looking at many deals priced at 3x ebidta.I expect them to land several soon.The companies core biz is doing well also with many new record distribution deals signed n the last several months in europe and Asia, these are major deals in an industry that is growing by 16% a year, which is the making and selling of CD's of older titles of which PNEC has one of the largest catalogs of over 15k titles and growing .They can make one CD for about a 1$ and it is a riskless biz because they only produce to contract specs and keep no inventory and have no promo cost.They will probably earn .50 cents this year which at the low end of industry multiples puts the stock at 15$.It was also reccomended by Raymond Berry which you can look up under stock wire .com.The stock only has 147k float and has in excess of 350 k short .It should have a nice run starting Thursday.THe management is agressive and intends on building this company into a major force in the entertainment BIz.BUy soon and look for 10 to 12 in the next 30 to 60 days.
