Check out Hurricanes press release on Feb. 28 at Canada newswire or Canada Stockwatch. It looks like they could exceed Credifinance projections of $2.65 per share of cash flow for 1997.If you apply a conservative multiple of 4 times cash flow the shares should be trading at $10.60. They are currently trading at $6. I am surprised a major oil company has not swooped in with a takeover offer.Hurricane is developing a 350 million barrel deposit. They paid 29 cents per barrel for this deposit! In Canada oil companies are paying $5.50 per barrel. I am assuming the large discount in Hurricanes shares is based on the increased risk of operating in Kazakstan.
