Welcome. Whether you're interested in the Canadian Oil & Gas investment sector or, if you have other ties to the industry, this site is for you.

People here are from the financial community, oil and gas operations, service related functions, as well as public investors desiring to learn more about the economic state of Canada's upstream petroleum industry and its potential for existing and future investment opportunities. Our one common objective is to be informative and educational, something for all of our broad range of interests. If you're looking for feedback, someone here will surely volunteer it.

Focus is on Canadian Oil & Gas Producers and their operations, but need not be limited to such. Energy Trusts, Royalty Companies, Venture Capital Companies, or any other oil & gas related operation, are wide open for discussion. Service sector companies involving pipelines, drilling, seismic, suppliers and whatever related comes to mind, can be addressed here. This location is not just limited to what's going on in the Canadian Oilpatch. Canadian companies involved in international activity are commonplace here also.

Subjects are not just limited to companies. Specific areas of interest including, corporate information, management bankground/expertise, reserves, field activities, core areas, geography, observations, due diligence, explanations, definitions, accounting, as well as any other oil and gas related topic -- are all subjects for discussion. Something on your mind, present it here.

Also, KERMS KORNER is a sister site to this location. For keeping a tab on the daily impulse of the oilpatch and activities of Canadian Oil & Gas Companies, this is a must visit daily. Miss a day and you'll miss a whole lot. Here's where to go:
exchange2000.com
If you're just learning about the Canadian Oil & Gas Industry, pay a visit here,
capp.ca and dig into depth of indexed subjects.

We encourage all to uphold the integrety of this location. We discourage stock promoters and marketeers from using this site. We can recognize hype and will identify it as such when it occurs.

Just a brief comment on posting technique. In your first line of text, please note who the message is intended for and then proceed to list subject matter. ( ie, Davis / Alberta Activity or Sharon / Gulf Canada Resources ) When a company/companies are subjected, please list full names. Following this posting technique will allow a viewer/user to use the SI search engine for searching out the thousands of posting entries which appear here. It also allows for one to quickly view our index of messages to learn of subject matter , rather than reviewing each and every message. Further, this technique also allows for external search engines to pick up on company names and for linking to us here at Silicon Investor. Last, keep this in mind - - regardless of whom a message is addressed to, the message is open for response from everyone.

Hey, can anyone recommend a Canadian Oil & Gas Company for investment?
