Merger With 'GPHE'

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Rodney E.
Young, President of EagleTech (OTC Bulletin Board: EATC - news), announces the completion of the merger with Goldplate Holdings Enterprises, Inc. In addition it was announced the stock
holders passed a name change naming the corporation to
EagleTech Communications, Inc. (''EATC''), and a 1-for-3
stock reversal effective 3/17/99.

EagleTech Communications, Inc. is a corporation whose business
is characterized as a convergence telecommunications carrier,
computer telephony integrator and EagleOne+(TM) internet service
provider. Its current product line and services are EagleOne(TM)
and Eagle-Net(TM), EagleEsp(TM) Enhanced Service Bureau is
marketed under the name EagleTech Communications, Inc.
EagleTech Communications, Inc. has Agreements with Coldwell
Bankers and REMAX Realtors and is installing their
telecommunications system called ''Eagle-ONE.'' EagleTech has a
patent pending on their Automatic Person Following Communications System.
