Looks like this company made a splash on 9/17/97 with 1 5/8, the stock ran up over 200% after a leading Saudi Arabian newspaper said that the Dallas company is in a new joint venture with an Arabian mining firm.

From Dow Jones, "At full operation, the mine is expected to generate annual production of 59,000 tons of zinc concentrate, which is 53% zinc; 35,000 tons of copper concentrate, which 25% copper; 22,000 ounces of gold and 800,000 ounces of silver."
