Many people are posting about how they will be wealthy next week, based on statements made by Mr. Rufus Paul Harris.

Mr. Harris is the CEO of Conversion Solutions, the company which will survive the reverse merger with FHAL. FHAL closed July 21 at $1.14. Mr. Harris is leading people to believe that it will be priced at $15 within a week or two.

Is this too good to be true? Is it a scam?
