IDTC Options Players (losers and whiners)

This thread is dedicated to all the sharp, quick witted options players in IDTC. Instead of whining on the IDTC thread about management not caring about the short term investor, but instead working on a long term plan, this thread allows you to post you inane remarks about how your options are worthless and cry together as a self-help group.

Not for silly value investors or those who would hold a stock longer than 2 months. This threads dedication to option players who keep betting on the big one, only to see the capital disappear month in and month out as the stock closes at max pain.

This is your thread, a place for no serious analysis and no happy thoughts about the company. Only for the option players to bemoan there fate.

We know IDTC launched ZeroDinero on time, and has a shareholder plan ready for January. (This company sells for about .5 revs, equipment and network worth more than the stock price, not to mention the NTOP holding is worth more than the company).

For those who do enjoy a value stock included in there portfolio, this stock has much to offer and is well undervalued. The option premium on IDTC is very pricey, hence the max moans each month. Some possibilities include:

They should spin off

1. the fiber division

2. The mystery switch

3. The telephony gateway manufacturing division

4. The ISP

5. Possibly the telecom company itself

All of these should be held by an Internet holding company ala CMGI, Softbank, SFE

And finally the facts on IDTC:

These facts still remain.

1. The company has grown well over 50% per year for 5 years running.

2. The company is profitable in a sector where almost no one is.

3. They have an asset in NTOP of about a billion and a half dollars. Thats $40 per IDTC share.

4. Their core business is worth approx what they trade at.

5. They have NO debt, if you subtract cash on hand. NOBODY in their sector can claim that.

6. The company has stated in the cc and the annual meeting recently. That they have hired first tier investment bankers. That means Morgan, Goldman, Merril etc. To put together a plan to increase shareholder value including coverage from these firms. They have stated the plan is in its end stage and will be announced fully in January.

7. They just announced Zerdinero to compete with NZRO. NZRO is valued at 2 billion right now and ALL they do is free internet. IDT offers this plus free domestic calls and faxes. IDTC already has a backbone and pops in major cities and their own ISP.

8. NO insiders have sold stock in 6 months except for one guy who doesn't even work there anymore and didn't when he sold. This is highly unusual for a company that pays their employees mostly in stock with low wages. In the past. These employees routinely sold stock to live.

Please, only moaning and whinig posts from option players on this thread so the idtc can continue on with serious analysis. Any truths or serious analysis could lead to having your post sent to SI for hopeful tou violation.
