Introduction Market Data Compact

I don't know much about this company but this has been on my radar for a while. The company is involved with a Stock Exchange Automation (OLTP) for several exchanges in PRC (China) together with the govt. of China. The deal is kinda like how NASDAQ and US govt (SEC) work. Anyhow, if you have more info then post here..
