OLCMF products include Asynchroneous Transfer Mode, Token-Ring and Ethernet used in networks. For the fiscal year ended 12/95, revenues rose 12% to $127.5 million. Net income before acctg. chg. rose 29% to $12.8 million. Revenues reflect higher sales of network interface cards. Earnings reflect the absence of a $4.2 million settlement charge.
