C2i Solutions helps companies with IBM MVS mainframe and other platform environments solve the year 2000 problem for computers. The company begins year 2000 conversion projects by scanning and analyzing software to assess whether 2000 will be misread as 1900 and to assess other conflicts. Once problems have been identified, C2i repairs systems by updating software or replacing systems with year 2000 compliant systems. The company's licenses and relationships with IBM, Sun Microsystems, Computer Associates International, and Oracle allow it to provide hardware and software for C2i's clients.

Registered for an IPO on 11/4/97.
