Currently trading w/ a spread of .45 by .53, FBRR has huge potential. This is a terrific shell play. . . check SEC statements. They are fully reporting. FBRR has 10 million preferred authorized no outstanding, 17 million common authorized 4.6 million outstanding. FBRR is audited by a big 6 firm Arthur Andersen and is current with filings. Just today they were featured by Ed Meyer of the Meyer Group, causing today's buying. Here's the feature: "FBR Capital (FBRR) 13/32 bid, 15/32 ask, traded on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board. We have learned that a very important meeting is to be held at the end of next week with FBRR and a private hi-tech company. A final agreement could be reached and with that, the stock could soar to 4 -6. We have been waiting months for this meeting." Shares are tight, so this one could move very soon. | ||||||||||||||
