Name Officially Changed to Casino Journal Publishing Group, Inc. Begins
Trading Under The Symbol CJPG

FORT LEE, N.J., April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Gaming Venture Corp., U.S.A.
(OTC-Bulletin Board: GVCU) today announced that the National Association
of Securities Dealers (NASD) has notified the Company that the request
for a name and symbol change has been approved. Beginning today, Monday,
April 27, 1998, the name Gaming Venture Corp., U.S.A. has officially
been changed to Casino Journal Publishing Group, Inc. and the new symbol
the Company will be trading under is CJPG.
