What are your comments on this unique case? This has never happenned before anywhere in North America or the English speaking world. A juror in a murder trial, Gillian Guess, says that she fell in love with one of the defendants and had sex with him while the trial is ongoing. The trial takes 8 months. The defendants are found not guilty. She is tried and found guilting of perverting justice. What sentence should she get, the law allows for up to 10 years in jail.
