The company is a worldwide provider of voice and data networking products. Netrix, develops, manufactures, markets, and supports networking equipment for voice, data, and image networks. Netrix products are designed to transport voice over data networks to enable its customers to realize significant cost savings.

The company was incorporated in Virginia in October 1985, and was reincorporated in Delaware in March 1987. The Company's principal executive offices are located at 13595 Dulles Technology Drive, Herndon, Virginia, 20171; and the phone number is (703) 742-6000.

This companies products are made for the Internet Telephone business. With the Internet Telephone business looking like it is going to boom over the next few years, I wonder how well this company will do.

Their stock hasn't been doing all that great lately. But with the potential of this business, I would like to keep an eye on this one. More DD to come.
