Superior Propane has been making some bold moves lately. From a recent news release:
" .Grant Billing, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Geoff Mackey, Chief Operating Officer, and Mark Schweitzer, Chief Financial Officer, together with funds managed by Enterprise Capital Management Inc. ("Enterprise"), acquired the interests of Union Pacific Resources
Inc. ("UPRI") in Superior. The interests acquired represent a 10
percent ownership of Trust Units in the Fund, as well as UPRI's
rights under Management and Administrative Agreements."

Grant Billing has produced outstanding performance for his past companies. propanegas.com and cica.ca
His personal money-on-the-line interests in Superior Propane should show some spectacular results.

I bought in SPR.IR about 6 weeks ago at 7.10. Today, this stands at 7.75 Including the recent cash distribution, I've made about 12% on my money. Rumour has it that a big acquisition is in the works. The bids are piling up. anyone want to chat?
