TO All:

This company is starting as the bare bones of the former South Pacific Resources.

Two years ago you would have been lucky to buy a share in this company for $11.00...now that same share is worth around $.08 (pre-consolidation).

Needless to say a lot of good, decent, hard working people have lost their shirts on this stock.

I had a chance to talk to Bob Chase (President of LIC) a couple of weeks ago and he is commited to raising this company from the dead.I beleive in him...and I wished him all the best...he is going to need it.Bob wants to diversify ..I am not too sure into what?...but with South Pacifics total reliance on Indonesian gold....it sounds like a prudent move.

Anyways..I wish all the best to Lexacal..and to other Investors.

Regards:

Ron
