NextCard (who has been advertising like crazy) is a joint venture between Internet Access Financial Corp and Heritage Bank of Commerce. They guarantee secure transactions for all internet purchases which could be a big draw for people just coming online. All account info etc. can be accessed on the web. This play seems like it's still underground, and I'm just starting to look into it more carefully.
