Introduction Compact

Despite some delays in building the business, the company made two major announcements on Thursday:

1. A Letter of Agreement to merge with a growing West Coast baking company.

2. Progress in completing the acquisition of a large number of Taco John's Mexican eateries in the Midwest.

The stock was up significantly this week in reaction to these developments. The next two posts will reproduce the text of these latest press releases.
