Introduction Compact

I live in Tyler, TX and know the officers of this business and how the business plan is working. They are quite profitable, conservatively managed and forward looking. Supposedly, when the founder passed away last year, a fellow named Buffett bought 50 million dollars of stock in one fell swoop. Anybody know anything more about it?
