Anyone know why the stock traded at around $20/share for years and then went down? Any history on this company from back then?

a friend of mine works for the company and recommended that I buy shares now. I just took a small initial position but looking to buy more.

He said the company is doing well and the stock should start to move up soon. How far I don't know?

Any thoughts on this company. This board is very quiet.
