Introduction Compact

I don't know much about this company yet, current ratio is 3.66, debt/equity has been decreasing for a few years (~.01). But the EPS, cash flow, gross margin, and gross revenues have also been dropping. I wouldn't look deeper, except that in october, there appear to have been 4 insider buys totalling 420K shares (per thomosons), and they released news on the 11/12/98 of $250K in new revenue from a new product line.

The company provides management system software. They expect to report a loss in their third quarter ending Nov 30, but the fourth quarter will show improvement, esp. from their new products.

I expect to call the company sometime next week. Does anyone know anything else?
