I just bought shares in a new internet stock that I recently discovered named Themescapes, Inc. (THEM). THEM just went public on December 15, 1998.

THEM focuses on business to business e-commerce activities on the internet with particular emphasis on the medical marketplace, sports marketing, and other web
site building. They are also developing new technology for recording and delivery of 3-D
sound.

THEM's (www.THEMESCAPES.COM/)is very impressive; you can check out the sound bites under their Sound & Music division. The exciting potential in this stock arises from the fact that they have positioned themselves to become leaders in healthcare industry transactions on the internet. The healthcare industry represents the largest sector of the economy with approximately 14% of the US GDP (Gross Domestic Product).

THEM has spent several years developing software for an internet website to encompass surgeries and transactions in the opthalmological field, focusing initially on intraocular
lens procedures. This website is intended to become operational during the first quarter of 1999. THEM also has an alliance with the National Pharmaceutical Association under which they have developed a website relating to generic drugs. The company is planning to leverage these initial footholds into much broader internet coverage of the medical industry.

The Company's edge lies with its management team, headed up by Dr. Allan Shelton, CEO. Dr. Shelton is a brilliant computer mind who also happens to be a highly respected eye surgeon associated with UCLA Medical Center. The Company's management also includes Dr. Edgar Thomas, a nationally. renowned surgeon, who served on the faculty of
Johns Hopkins Medical School. I have met them and was tremendously impressed with
their professionalism and integrity.

Briefly other facts include:
1. Total shares outstanding approximately 8.5mil.
2. Very clean balance sheet with no debt.
3. 1998 Revenues approximately $400K and should increase substantially in 1999.
4. Offices in Seattle, Santa Monica, CA, and Vancouver, BC.
5. Approximately 12 employees.

THEM is presently trading in the $4 to $5 range and right now is an undiscovered gem. For those of us who believe that business to business commerce may be the next big focus of internet stocks, THEM would seemed to be a great candidate for a home run.

thanks, richard
