I had the good fortune to read about a vicious ISP fight that has been going on for over two years now between two foreign ISPs. These guys have been fighting like cats and dogs for market share, including a horrendous price war for about the last three months. Last week, the financially weak Snow Web Services succumbed to a forced bankruptcy, leaving Kold Net (OTC-BB: KOLD) as the sole surviving ISP on the entire continent of Antarctica. KOLD plans to provide immediate services to the entire clientele of Snow Web beginning this week, with NO additional outlays for equipment or support. KOLD customers pay for their internet systems monthly in cold, hard cash as credit/checking doesn't exist in Antarctica yet.
Webe Friesing Kold, CEO and founder of KOLD has informed present shareholders of the anticipated doubling of market share and revenues by the end of April, which he expects to see reflected in the per share price shortly.
KOLD is based in Ushuaia, Tierra Del Fuego, with a satellite office in Mount Huggins, Antarctica.
Float is 3.4M shares with another 1.6M restricted shares held by the CEO. Current price is $0.5653, as the news of KOLD's coup has not yet reached the mainland. KOLD expects institutional buyers to take significant positions shortly.
Meanwhile, the assets of Snow Web remain frozen. KOLD is so far the only bidder on these items.
