2) 4 good years of earnings/ 1 year of restucturing and now back
to net income / share of $0.43
3) NationsBank (BankAmerica) just extended $150M line of credit
4) New CEO
5) Growth in plastic fuel tank expected to jump this year

75% by 2001 in the US
85% in Europe
6) lots of potential in small engines, motor cycles & lawn equip.

1997 was the down year, they have demonstrated
they can turn it around.........
now good growth on real earnings.
IMHO undervalued significantly as get get their net income to pre-97 levels a steal at $8
