Introduction Compact

Cascade seems to be going up in a straight line. Is it overvalued at today's 89 1/8 ? I've read that CSCC is the price/performance leader in ATM switches, and gaining mkt share from STRM in frame relay. There are also rumors of a takeover by CSCO or IBM. How likely is a Cascade takeover?
