I came across this very exciting e-tailer NETOY.Com which sells Toys on the internet through its website www.netoy.com
Netoy.Com, Corp trades on OTC BB under symbol NTOY and is at $7 today

NTOY looks extrememly attractive investment at today's price of $7
NTOY has made great progress so far and has recently signed some nice deals with companies like DoubleClick (DCLK) and Lycos (LCOS) for advertisements and marketing. I will paste some of its press releases here for those who want to get jump start on NTOY.
I am VERY BULLISH on NTOYS and expect the stock to hit $50 by year end. Once Etoys will be listed on Nasdaq NTOY should come in limelight in my opinion. NTOY Float is just around 1.2 Mill shares and Outstanding shares around 7.5 Mill. Please confirm the numbers and details with the company and also see details on company, management, invetor relations, vendors etc. on NTOY website.
I am strongly buying.

Just my views.

Netoy.com Expands Advertising Campaign with Lycos
LARGO, Fla., April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Netoy.com, Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: NTOY - news), a leading Internet retailer of toys and collectibles, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Lycos, Inc. (Nasdaq: LCOS - news), the most visited hub on the Internet and the world's largest online community, for a three-month advertising campaign. The campaign's focus will be on the niche market of consumers who are searching for hard-to-find toys such as Dragonball Z, Sailor Moon, and Erector Sets. Netoy.com offers a comprehensive selection of these toys on its Web site, www.netoy.com.

''We got off to a solid start with our grand opening and the Furby giveaway,'' said Michael Cao, Netoy.com's CEO. ''There is a large market share to be gained and our initial efforts have proven beneficial in providing us with significant exposure. Now we need to step up our marketing efforts in order to maintain that forward momentum. Our advertising agreement with Lycos follows Netoy.com's goal of building brand awareness for Netoy.com and will ensure that our name will reach one of the largest audiences of online consumers in existence today.''

The agreement with Lycos covers a valuable segment of the market that Netoy.com plans to cultivate into a strong base of loyal customers. Beginning May 1, banners on Lycos.com will direct users to Netoy.com's Internet store when they search for keywords related to Dragonball Z, Sailor Moon, and Erector Sets. Netoy.com's selection of these toys includes a large assortment of Dragonball Z and Sailor Moon poseable action figures not readily available elsewhere.

''This is a new approach for us,'' said Cedric Viquerat, VP of Marketing at Netoy.com. ''With the Lycos marketing plan, our advertising efforts will be focused on three specific lines of toys. We chose this type of advertising campaign based on the extreme popularity of these particular toys. These three lines alone comprise some of our best-selling toys. We believe that our targeted marketing in this area will give consumers a clear message that Netoy.com is the first and best place to go to for these toys.''

The goal of Netoy.com's current marketing campaign is to introduce the Company to a national audience of online consumers.

Company Press Release
Netoy.com Teams with the Consumer Product Safety Commission to Bring Toy Safety Information to Consumers
LARGO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 19, 1999--Netoy.com, Corp. (OTC BB: NTOY - news), an online retailer of toys and collectibles, has joined forces with the Consumer Product Safety Commission, an independent federal agency, to inform parents and children about potential toy hazards. Netoy.com added a link to the CPSC toy safety page on its Web site.

This move is another step in Netoy.com's continuing commitment to customer service. The Company believes strongly that the dissemination of such information will be beneficial to any parent who makes purchasing decisions related to toys. The goal is to inform people and to save lives.

''Many injuries to children may have been avoided if people knew where to find the information that CPSC offers,'' said David Kleinman, Netoy.com's COO. ''This is where we can help CPSC spread the word, informing and educating parents about these potential hazards before they happen. Preventive maintenance is what we are trying to promote with the link to CPSC site. I hope this move encourages other companies with a presence on the Internet to include consumer safety information on their Web sites.''

About CPSC

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) was created in 1972 by Congress in the Consumer Product Safety Act. In that law, Congress directed the Commission to ''protect the public against unreasonable risks of injuries and deaths associated with consumer products.'' CPSC has jurisdiction over about 15,000 types of consumer products, from automatic-drip coffee makers to toys to lawn mowers. The Commission works to reduce the risk of injuries and deaths from consumer products by developing and enforcing standards, obtaining recalls, conducting research on potentially hazardous toys, and informing and educating consumers.
