The Company was founded in 1986. Shares in the Company's stock trade publicly on the over-the-counter bulletin board (pink sheets) under the symbol (QPRC). Quest has two separately incorporated subsidiaries -- Quest Technology Licensing Inc. (formerly The Product Incubator) and Wynn Technologies, Inc. Quest wholly owns Quest Technologies Licensing Inc., and owns a majority of the stock of and controls Wynn Technologies, Inc.
