JC Gear.Com Inc. Announces Beta Test of New Web Browser on Schedule

LIGHTHOUSE POINT, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 6, 1999--JC Gear.Com Inc. (OTC BB:JCGR - news) announced Tuesday that its new proprietary web browser is on schedule for unveiling on July 26, 1999.

The browser, entitled ''Safe T Web,'' prevents children from accessing pornography, racism, hate group, violent, and other questionable web sites. ''The parent has maximum control over what the child sees, and where the child goes on the Internet,'' said Art Comeau, president.

''It is not our intention to be a censor. It is our mission to provide to the parent the tools necessary for the parent to take an active role in their child's Internet and educational experience,'' said Arthur Comeau, president.

JC Gear.Com Inc. is a full service Internet Service Provider and is on schedule to have POPS Nationwide. The company has begun marketing its ISP with concentration on church's and school systems. The monthly cost to subscribers is $24.95 including the browser and associated software or $19.95 without the filtering capability.

The company anticipates over 100,000 subscribers to the ISP by calendar year-end. Each subscriber may elect to have a percentage of the adjusted gross income of the individuals' subscription go to a charity of the subscribers choosing. Any subscription not designation a charity will have a percentage of that subscription being donated to Habitat for Humanity. The company maintains its web site at www.jcgear.com.

JC Gear.Com Inc. is an Internet Service Provider with full E-Commerce capabilities. The company also maintains divisions in multimedia and apparel. The company's unifying theme is the return of Christian and family values to the Internet, music and video (both online and through regular channels) and in clothing (which provides logos with a real meaning.)
