Sodexho Marriott SVCS was formed a year or so ago......

Since then, the price has yo-yo'd back and forth. Seeing a high in the low thirties and a new all time low at just under sixteen, this stock could see a rally soon. Due to the style of business that it is in, this is the time of year that the company looses money. This is a great time to look and look closely. Soon, around mid-September, you will notice a rather large up tick due to the cyclical nature of it's business.
