Ever noticed how some things are inexplicable, but always seem to be true?

For example, if you drop a buttered piece of toast on the floor, it will land buttered side down.

If "you" decide to buy a stock, it will go down before it goes up.<g>

If something is going to go wrong, it will go wrong in the worst
possible way (Murphy's Law).

And beyond these inevitable truisms, there are additional mysteries
like whoever thought of packaging hot dogs and buns in different numbers of units?
