The 80s - a strange but wonderful decade. Although I try to keep up with new music, clothes, movies and TV these days, I still find myself obsessed with the 80s way. I listen to 80s flashback weekends on the local radio, watch Wonder Years reruns on Nick at Nite, and can't pull away from the brat-pack movies they show Sundays on FOX when football season is over.

Here is what will happen on this thread: I will ask a question every now and then and visitors will try to answer it. Questions will range from music to TV to movies to sports to clothes, etc. There may even be audio and video questions! I know that there is a ton of information on the internet, but try to REFRAIN from using internet searches to answer my questions. It will be more fun if we just try to search our own memories. If I ask for 4 names, maybe one person can think of 3 and another can think of the fourth. Maybe someone will screw up an answer and we can all laugh. GET THE IDEA?

If you have 80s jokes, top ten lists, links, etc., feel free to post them here. What I don't want is folks asking a bunch of different trivia questions at one time. Once a question is answered, we'll move on to a new one. If a question has been answered, ANYONE can ask the next question. It doesn't have to come from me.

If you agree with the terms above, please

and then feel free to post.

It is time to jump into my time machine...
