According to recently filed 10K, ORXR earned $.52/per diluted share on sales of $12,438,198. The Company has fine turned it product mix and discontinued other products. Currently 1,703,098 shares outstanding, 2,232,940 on fully diluted basis.

This turnaround opportunity continues to clean up balance sheet, but still has ways to go. Ended current fiscal year with equity deficit of $629,146.
