CHEF operates seven seafood restaurants and one Mexican theme restaurant under the names Lobster Shanty, Baker's Wharfside and Garcia's.
For the 6 months ending 8/1/99 revenues were 10 mil. with earnings of .13 per share which $5,579,700 and .12 per share came from there last quarter ending Aug. 1st.
Earnings for the 3rd quarter should be out within the next week. CHEF is fully reporting and has 4.4mil shares outstanding and a float of only 1.9mil with a book value of $3.13 and is currently trading around 85 cent.
Working capital was $1,213,200 at August 1, 1999, compared to $653,000 at the year-end, an increase of $560,200. During the six months ended August 1, 1999, net cash increased by $720,900.
