The next Darlings of the stock Exchanges. Those that will let the world deal with the Kyoto agreement ? reduction of carbon based emissions. Below is but one ? which is a start and should be in everyone?s portfolio

Today, Sustainable Energy STG on traded the Vancouver exchange. STG is Calgary based . It has the rights to two technologies that will reduce electricity cost and greenhouse emissions. The first is a wind turbine , developed by the National Research Council (NRC)of Canada. It a vertical shaft and is being certified by Germanischer Lloyd of Germany. Certification is expected in the 1st quarter of 00. Its markets are Caribbean Basin, Mediterranean, Indonesia, Philippines, many regions of Canada, Alaska, Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, etc. Agreements or letters of intent were signed with Greece and Cuba.

The second is a unique Power converter developed by US Dept, of Defense for the Star Wars Program. It can take inputs from up to 4 sources; wind , solar, fuel cells, diesels, low head hydro, etc and deliver quality and stable power to the customer.
