For all of us who had a day of losses and you get depressed, here is my term for that. POST INVESTMENT STRESS DISORDER (PISD). Who has not been PISD before?

What are the ways we can deal with this?

Kick the cat or dog? (not for most of us)
Drink, only leads to another bad day
Sex, can't find anything wrong here.
