PAN International Appoints John Flanders to Its Board of Directors
SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 2000--PAN International (OTCBB:PANE - news), which recently announced its pending merger acquisitions of SearchHound.com and SoloSearch.com, appointed John Flanders, chairman and CEO of WiseCapital.com, a private Internet Venture Capital Group, to its Board of Directors.
Flanders, who sits on the board of SoloSearch.com, has an impressive list of Internet, technology and financial management credentials, and has served as a chief technical officer for a major global finance company and as an advisor to several Internet start-ups.
