This restaurant chain (RUBO) is a Southern California classic. How it translates to the rest of the country is still questionable. The stock has been as high as 12 over the past 12 months and has recently dropped over 33% due to bad sales and earnings reports. With a new line of credit and aggressive growth plans, I’m picking this beauty to jump out of its temporary shell. The Denver store opened to record breaking sales in week one. Will it continue? Is it a winner? Does the general population care about fish tacos in areas outside of So. Cal.? What do you think?
